Quote saving issue
Make sure text is selected before opening the right-click menu. FocusReader saves selected text with the page title, URL, domain, timestamp, and optional category.
Markdown export issue
Chrome may ask where to save the exported Markdown file depending on browser download settings.
Refund policy
FocusReader PRO is refundable for 14 days after purchase if the product does not work for your reading workflow.
License or purchase issue
Keep the Stripe receipt email and the license key shown after checkout. For recovery or a refund, include the purchase email and receipt number. Never post a license key in a public review.
What to include in a support report
- The page URL where reader mode or quote saving failed.
- Your Chrome version.
- Whether you were using free or PRO mode.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
